You've probably been drooling over Chauhan's executive chef, Maneet Chauhan's culinary creations on the Food Network for years! Indulge in her Indian-fusion flair at her new restaurant in The Gulch.
Crowned as a Top Chef and James Beard Award Winner, co-owner and executive chef Maneet Chauhan is combining globally-influenced Indian flavors with southern cuisine at Chauhan Ale House in The Gulch. Inside, you'll find exposed brick, Bollywood videos playing on a big screen, a fireplace, bright fixtures and, of course, delicious flavors!
Serving lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch, the restaurant concept offers traditional Indian flavors, like kabobs served with mint chutney, chicken tikka masala and Kashmiri Spiced Braised Lamb Shank, but you'll also find some southern flair! Think Hot Chicken Pakoras, a meat and three plate (featuring the chef's choice of one protein and sauce served with three signature sides and naan, raita, and papadum) and the aptly named brunch app "This Little Piggy Went to India, Y'all!" (southern favorite pulled pork, coconut curry, fried egg, over crispy rice pancakes). Nom! Nom!
