"We hope your summer has been all that you wanted it to be, but now that it is coming to an end we here at Uninhibited Tapas Bar have planned a great event next month to keep the fun rolling!
We will be partnering with the Raleigh Bourbon and Banter group to host Uninhibited Tapas Bar's first ever Bourbon Dinner. Our sommelier will have wine selections for those who prefer.
So what does the $40 get you? A three course tapas meal each complete with a hand selected bourbon. (see below) The selections were made not only to go with each course, but also all feature the same mash build. What makes them different is a combination of the aging and handling processes.
1st course: Local sweet potato fritters with maple bourbon butter & Evan Williams Single Barrel
2nd course: Jamaican jerk pork ribs with grilled peach salsa & Henry McKenna Singe Barrel
3rd course: Blackened petite filet mignon with house made hot pepper jelly & House Aged Elijah Craig small batch.
We will also be featuring bourbon and bourbon cocktail specials all night so come early and stay late!
