Start your summer by becoming cultured

"Carolina Performing Arts is thrilled to present The Commons 2019 Festival Weekend, a culminating series of performances, workshops, and discussions focused on the work of locally based performing artists. On each night, one of three selected artist groups who have been in residence at Current ArtSpace + Studio since May 7 will perform their work, followed by moderated post-performance processing sessions with the audience. See below for more information on the shows, as well as other free events and workshops for the arts community (tickets and full descriptions available on the individual Eventbrite links below). We are grateful for the partnership of INDY WEEK, UNC Summer Arts, and UNC Department of Communications.
