Swig High End Hooch at the Corsair Taproom

We think Corsair knows best. They say they're making 'hand crafted small batch ultra premium booze for badasses' and we wouldn't dare disagree.
Corsair rebels against the distillery norm with flavor profiles and techniques, and they're raking in a lot of attention for it (for good reason). They've made a name for themselves making whiskeys from grains like quinoa, buckwheat and amaranth, and making hopped whiskeys from mashes that would normally be brewed into a craft beer. Visit their spirits taproom to get a taste of one of their standard offerings or seasonal experiments served straight up or mixed into a cocktail. Try the Triple Smoke to get a true taste of what their all about. If whiskey isn't your thing, they also produce a vanilla vodka and gin.
A visit to the taproom is a thrill, but if you're looking for more you can take a tour. You'll be educated on their process and score several samples at the end. If you want to stick around for awhile, take your drink outside and sip on the peaceful patio. All of their hard work and creativity earned Corsair a spot on Fast Company's list
of the 10 most innovative companies in food— in the world!
Also, just a heads up that there are two taprooms, one is for beer and one is for spirits. It's a little confusing but it has to be because Tennessee doesn't quite understand that the world will still turn if they update their alcohol laws. Hint, hint. Fun fact: Corsair and Belle Meade Plantation are the only places in the city that you can buy full bottles on Sundays.
