Katelin Ryan will offer thirty minutes of slow and intentional movement to calm the mind and prepare the body for yin postures, on the floor, that allow you to relax and stretch deeply into the muscles.
Live violin will be played by Allison Willet during slow flow and savasana. Allison is a yoga teacher and professional musician who has been teaching violin for more than 10 years.
