The Lawn Dart (far less dangerous than the eponymous 1980s game) consists of gin, tequila, lime, green chartreuse, agave nectar and red bell pepper. The bell pepper gives this drink a fresh vegetal character that is complemented heavily by the herbal notes of the green chartreuse. The addition of the gin really brightens up and balances out the cocktail and keeps the vegetal and earthy flavors in check. The Lawn Dart is a great summer sipper with the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness—just don't go play with giant darts in your yard after a couple of glasses.
