Dak Bulgogi (Korean barbeque chicken in crisp lettuce wraps) and Bibimbap (A warm bowl of steamed rice topped with Spiced Windy Hill Grass Fed Beef and a Local Pasture Egg). You will also learn to prepare all of the toppings– kimchi, shitake mushrooms, bean sprout salad, pickles and plenty of spring vegetables.

With those wise words in mind, head on over to Chef Alyssa's Kitchen to learn how to feed yourself, and others, with some darn good cookin'. She offers a variety of classes ranging from beginner to intermediate plus, and in topics ranging from Basic Knife Skills to French Cuisine. Classes involve learning technique and, of course, devouring what you've made. Although Chef Alyssa looks young, she has a wealth of experience. She's cooked at the James Beard House (the foodie equivalent of "making it") and she was previously the executive chef at Fern.
