Seoul 116 is bringing Korean eats to Glenwood South. From the team behind City Market Sushi, downtown Raleigh's trendy (and delicious) sushi spot, is back at it and this time they're tackling Korean. Seoul 116 is bringing a full menu of small plates that'll run you $6-12:
- Fried Purple Potato (with honey butter mustard, kumquat, rice cracker)
- Bulgogi Slider (with soy marinated rib eye, scallion, cucumber kimchi, black sesame mayo)
- Korean Fried Chicken Wings (in sweet & spicy sauce, black sesame crumble, pickled radish)
- don't leave without trying the Truffle Corn Cheese (sweet corn, mozzarella cheese, truffle oil)
If you're looking for something larger they're serving up Hot Stone Bibimbap, Dumpling Soup and more. Large plates are around $14.
Lunch crowd — the lunch boxes are perfection. With three difference options, each one offering a different protein, scallion pancakes, kimchi, salad and more, there's a good chance this will make it in your regular rotation.
