Rolf and Daughters uses the lush lands surrounding Nashville to create a farm-to-table inspired menu, but this isn't the normal farm-to-table fare that's risen to mainstream status (and we mean that in a good way!)—RAD is putting their own eccentric spin on it. Almost every menu item will likely have you inquiring about ingredients, unless you're well-versed in exotic offerings. If you can rattle off the definition of za'atar, nasturtium, kamut and nduja, we will be seriously impressed and you probs won't be as puzzled as we were. But, for all the folks out there like us, don't fret, RAD's knowledgable staff will be happy to guide you through the menu and explain that guanciale is a cured meat (made from pork jowl). You can also find comfort in the fact that RAD's kitchen rarely pumps out anything less than amazing! Need a go-to you can pronounce? Try the Chicken Liver Pate to warm up your taste buds.
