From the owners of Wild Cow, Graze is a vegetarian option in East Nashville that is slingin' greens and things from breakfast to dinner.
Even though some of us are still grieving the loss of Silly Goose, we're stoked that the space is being put to good use! Graze has taken over to bring a fresh, plant-based restaurant concept to East Nashville. The space may be small, but the menu packs a punch! For breakfast, they're serving fresh-pressed juice, biscuits, burritos and chia bowls. Stop in for lunch or dinner and you'll be faced to make a game-time decision. Should you go for the Citrus Caesar (wilted kale, sun-dried tomatoes, carrots, cashew parmesan, lemon zest, caesar dressing and pine nuts) or chow down on a comfort food like Mac & Chorizo (behive cashew mac and cheese with seitan chorizo)? Of course, if you want to take a stroll down memory lane, order the Goose's Couscous, an ode to the beloved former restaurant. The dish is served with seared pistachios, golden raisins, toasted almonds, shaved fennel, cauliflower, oyster mushrooms, balsamic reduction and arugula.
Inside the space, you'll find dark hardwood tables, lots of tiny succulents and a green accent wall that's been plastered with the restaurant's friendly logo. Whether you pop in to grab a juice or settle in for dinner and dessert, you'll find a veg-friendly spot that's deliciously different from Wild Cow.
