Please Your Senses at Passion8
A famed Fort Mill restaurant has found a new home in Charlotte and it's better than ever.
Born in Fort Mill, South Carolina, the husband and wife owned Passion8 Bistro became a culinary SC staple—but it got too big for its small location. Now it has taken on a new adventure by relocating to Charlotte—and we welcome it with open arms.
Owing its success to its creative ability in incorporating local produce, CLT's Passion8 will continue to work upon that original mantra by serving local, sustainable, and seasonal dishes just as they did before—but they're also adding a few more items to celebrate their new location. Let's give you a little preview: English short rib from Fairview, giant wild caught scallops, calamari Cubano, a cheese and cold cuts plate with house made toppings, and a cocktail that uses local figs and Larceny bourbon.
The interior itself will be a feast for the eyes, with carved wooden tables and lush velvety drapes. The dark and dreamy atmosphere makes for an excellent romantic date or a fun night with a really special friend. See their hours here
