We have convinced our owner Quy Duong, who has perfected his Viet-Cajun crawfish recipe and only shared with his staff and family over the years, to open up the crawfish boil to the public. We are bringing you the freshest crawfish straight from the coast of Louisiana. Viet-Cajun Crawfish recipes came about after the Fall of Saigon in 1975, when South Vietnam immigrants came to Texas and the neighboring Mississippi state to lay refuge. Because of the introduction of a new culture, a beautiful take on the Southern tradition was created. Viet- Cajun cuisine has been around for over 40 years now.
We will be catering 2 pounds of crawfish served with potatoes and corn, plus 2 Asian beers per ticket. Featured Tobacco Road beer for $4. **Extra crawfish available for purchase by the pound."
