Perched on the corner of Glenwood and North, Parliament is hard to miss with its glowing neon "P". The product of local nightlife alums, it promises the perfect place to drink for almost any occasion.

The brains behind The Cardinal and Isaac Hunter's Hospitality have joined forces for Parliament, a classic bar with a prime location on Glenwood. The thoughtfully designed space takes advantage of its perch on the corner of Glenwood and North with big bay windows and Juliet balconies perfect for taking in the scene.

The space is decorated with pieces from local artist Clark Hippolito, and the up-and-coming Alec Chambers. The owners want it to be a space for after work drinks, first dates and a place where you talk into the wee hours of the night (or until closing time). Which brings us to the name. Parliament dates back to the French "parlement", which means "to talk."
