"We feature North Carolina purveyors as often as possible, with all of our meats, poultry, produce, eggs and dairy products locally sourced. Our bread is baked fresh daily by Neomonde Bakery in Morrisville and our coffee is roasted by Joe Van Gogh in Hillsborough.
We make buttermilk biscuits, pastries, doughnuts and desserts from scratch daily, along with homemade soups and a variety of salad choices. Our fresh and innovative side items compliment our New York-style deli offerings with a little bit of Southern charm.
Our Chef & Proprietor Matt Butler has been involved in the local restaurant scene since 2006 when he arrived in the Triangle area. He has worked at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Watt's Grocery, and most recently, The Great Room at Top of the Hill, which he joined shortly after their opening in 2010.
At Cure, we hope to gain a faithful local following by differentiating ourselves and offering a new and unique experience in our deli and café. We also plan to add catering, football tailgate packages and local office delivery to our menu by fall 2018.
