Nosh on Mediterranean Eats at Levant
Today, 11:00a - 2:00a
If you're looking for a place that delivers on ambiance and delicious dishes, look to Levant. The menu combines classic Mediterranean with inventive spins and all the lavish decor is authentic.
Levant takes its name from the Levant region of the Eastern Mediterranean (Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Israel and Palestine) and a trip to the restaurant is probably the second best thing to an actual flight (and a whole lot cheaper). The owner is committed to authentically representing the flavors of the region, reinterpreting classic dishes and replicating the ambiance of the culture. So how do you do that thousands of miles away? With high quality ingredients and sourcing straight from the spot. Every piece furnishing the restaurant was sourced straight from the Levant region—intricately carved wood panels and chairs, ornate mirrors, hanging lamps, everything. Come for Grilled Rosemary Lamb, Kabobs and classic Mediterranean sides and spreads like Hummus and Baba Ghannouj.
Levant is located across from Knight Theatre, so it's perfect for a pre-show dinner. Parking can be tricky, but you can always snag a spot in the Duke Energy Plaza and Mint Museum parking garage and they'll validate.
