Since its opening in December of 1992, Nana's has become one of the most popular restaurants in the Triangle area (hint: make sure you make a reservation). Sporting a higher-end atmosphere while at the same time avoiding being "stuffy," Nana's instead comes across as cozy and creative with gorgeous paintings from around the world adorning the walls. The delicious, dynamic menu changes monthly (if not weekly) as chef-owner Scott Howell strives to provide seasonally appropriate, locally sourced ingredients. From the veggies to the meats to the extensive wine list, there's a lot to take in. If you're keeping an eye out for that special dish that will have the whole table clamoring for your plate, don't miss the risotto, which is a menu staple with changing ingredients and is blow-your-mind good.
