Left Bank Butchery located in Saxapahaw NC is a business built on foundations of supporting local agriculture, providing healthy food for our community, educating and engaging our customers in the many aspects of sustainable farming and whole animal butchery, and doing all of it with a smile. Working closely with sustainable farms like Cane Creek ensure those values are passed on to your plate. Join Owner/Butcher Ross Flynn and Owner/Farmer Eliza MacLean as they break down the four most common ways to prepare meat while focusing on unique cuts from the farm.
