Indulge in Wednesday Patio Magic at The Durham: RESCHEDULED: Oyster Shucking School
Locals Seafood sources the freshest seafood around, all caught by NC fishermen. Lin Peterson will be on the patio for oyster shucking school, crab cleaning demos, soft shell crab sandwiches and buckets of beer. Note: this even was moved from 5/11 to 5/18 due to weather.
Summer is patio weather, and what better outdoor venue to bask in than The Durham Hotel? On select Wednesdays, you can indulge in Magic Hour, a series of food and wine-based pop-ups that'll teach you a thing or two about culinary culture and get your hands dirty in the process. Lots of local makers and shakers will also partake, so you can expect a bunch of delicious, fresh meals in your future!
