"CurEat has partnered with Videri Chocolate Factory to bring you the second installment of the "In the Parlour with CurEat" series to benefit the LGBT Center of Raleigh for Pride Month!
On Sunday, June 9, legendary chef Bill Smith, recently retired from Crook's Corner, chef Caroline Morrison, of The Fiction Kitchen, and Lesley Anderson, GM of Poole's Diner, will come together at Baldwin& to discuss the power, impact, and support of the LGBTQ+ community in the hospitality industry. CurEat founder Steve Mangano will facilitate the conversation.
Food will be provided by Bill Smith and Caroline Morrison, and Social House Vodka and Ponysaurus will provide drinks. The evening will be a great way to engage in community and meet the men and women who positively influence the culinary space.
In the Parlour is a series of discussions curated by CurEat to showcase the talent and voices of the hospitality industry and broader creative community. CurEat believes in positive community contributions and we hope In the Parlour will be part of a brighter future of celebrating what is great and good."
