Have a Royal Feast at Cajun Queen
Today, 4:30p - 10:00p
Bedazzled in beads and gator flare, Cajun Queen cooks up one helluva NOLA meal. Come by if great food, live jazz and good times are your kinda thing!
CLT's Cajun Queen is a happening place. Whether it's dishing out delicious Cajun eats, throwing rad mardi gras parties or hosting live jazz nights seven days a week, this restaurant makes NOLA proud and has plenty of fun! The mood for the place is pretty much set once you walk up to the building and see a wood-cut statue of a 7ft glamorous gator, but the food is on a whole 'nother level.
Want gumbo? Oh, they gotchu some gumbo! They also have amazing fried green tomatoes, fried catfish, popcorn crawfish, all kinds of etouffées, fresh seafood, bourbon pecan pie, bourbon bread pudding (we're starting to see a theme here), a slew of signature bevs (like the Muddy Waters, a mini-Bloody Mary shot with an oyster, or the Swamp Water, which doesn't even list its ingredients) and NOLA brews. The ambience is comfortable and casual—all you gotta do is eat and let the good times roll!
