Kimbap Café's owner Kim Hunter is giving Korean food a funky twist and splash of freshness. Born in South Korea but raised in the USA, Kim is the perfect gal to give unique Korean foods a little southern flair. The menu transforms with the seasons because all the best ingredients come from local food partners. You'll always find Korean kimbap rolls, yummy dumplings, and jam-packed rice bowls on the eating line-up though! They mix up the beer and wine choices a lot, but look forward to NC brews like Highland and Mother Earth Brewing. Kimbap doesn't accept reservations for groups less than 6, but trust us, the spicy chicken mac & cheese is worth any wait!
