BOOTCAMP: Mondays and Fridays, 6:00 to 6:45 a.m
ZUMBA : Mondays, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m
YOGA: Tuesdays, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m
INSANITY: Wednesdays, 6:00 to 6:45 a.m
THE WERK OUT: Thursdays, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m
TABATA: Saturdays, 8:00 to 9:00 a.m
RISE AND FLOW YOGA: Saturdays, 9:00 to 10:00 a.m
