All exercises are taught to target the level you're currently at.  Safe but progressive!

Bring a towel and a filled water bottle. Water is not available in the park. There are port-a-johns available, but they may be a significant walk from the class location.

Registration is required as limited spaces exist. In case of inclement weather, the organizer will email all registered participants."
