Coffee history, tea history, tastings, and a latte art competition—indulge in a weekend of coffee like you've never experienced it before.

Get your caffeine learnin' on with a weekend's worth of coffee-related activities. The Daily Press—home to some of the most unique coffees and teas in all of CLT—is hosting the SouthEast Barista Jam, a series of events that will strengthen any barista's game and can take a coffee lover from enthusiast to expert. Here's a breakdown of the events (and get your individual tickets in the links below):

- March 7th, 10am: Retronasal & Sensory Analysis class taught by Rusty Angell.
- March 7th, 12:30pm: Espresso Machine Mechanics & History class taught by Brady Butler.
- March 7th, 3pm: Espresso Science: Any Coffee, Any Brew class taught by Jonathan Bonchak & Matt McDaniel.
- March 7th, 6:30pm: FREE latte art demo (and competition prep) with Steve Lim and Brent Hall.
- March 7th, 7pm: Latte Art Throwdown! FREE and open to all to watch, $5 buy-in to pour. Baristas will begin pouring at 7:30pm. There will be beer for sale, snacks available and of course plenty of lattes to sip!
- March 8th, 10am: Brewing Science & Theory class taught by Rusty Angell.
- March 8th, 2:30pm: Tea 101 class taught by Bobby Reitman.
- March 8th, 3pm: Coffee Varietals, Origins & Tasting class taught by Andrew Ferguson.
