Forage & Fight Back with Fullsteam & TLC
If you can't beat it, drink it. Join Triangle Land Conservancy to forage invasive Autumn Olives and bring your harvest to Fullsteam to turn it into a brand new wild brew.
Be a hero and help fight against an invasive plant species... by drinking it! Fullsteam Brewery and Triangle Land Conservancy are joining forces to fight against the Autumn Olive (an invasive, non-native species that is harmful to native plants) by eradicating it from the nearby Brumley Forest. Lucky for us, these bad boys are also tasty, so Fullsteam will be using the sweet-tart fruit in their next creative brew!
Join the battle and meet TLC on August 20 to uproot invasive Autumn Olive shrubs, harvest the berries, plant native species in their place and then take the fruits to Fullsteam where they'll become an invasive ale! This event is free and all foragers will be rewarded with a free Fullsteam beer. Bonus: Brumley Forest won't open to the public until November, so this is a great opportunity to get a look at the beautiful grounds before anyone else! Sign up here
Exact location is still under wraps, stay tuned for the super secret address release closer to the date!
