Running from the east bank of the Pedestrian Bridge until it connects with the end of the MetroCenter Levee Greenway, the trail offers a scenic view of downtown.

By Kelly Thomas
Away from all the tourists traipsing down Lower Broadway in cowboy boots, you'll find a low-key trail that offers refuge from downtown's madness. Running through Riverfront Park and Fort Nashborough, the one and a half-mile one-way route includes spurs off the main route to Morgan Park and Bicentennial State Park. Parking options can be found off the spurs at both Morgan Park and Bicentennial State Park, as well as at the terminating juncture on Great Circle Road (where the MetroCenter Levee portion of the greenway begins).
