Strategic Hospitality's latest venture features an extensive raw oyster bar and plenty of seafood offerings, as well as a number of vegetarian options.

Nashville's seafood desert is quickly dwindling as Strategic Hospitality joins the ever-growing list of eateries with an emphasis on fish and shellfish. The Germantown restaurant's menu features an expansive raw bar, with oysters from Alabama to as far away as the Pacific Northwest taking center stage. The main dinner menu includes additional seafood selections, such as the Clams Pistou, a spicy green broth filled with said shellfish, red snapper and a number of herbs. For those who are meat averse, there are also upwards of a dozen vegetarian choices.

The libations menu focuses heavily on wine and craft cocktails, though there are a handful of beer options. Of note—you'll definitely want to save room for dessert because the Goo Goo Sundae is divine.
