Chow Down & Listen at The Sutler Saloon
Today, 11:00a - 2:00a
Originally opened in 1976, the restaurant, bar and music venue was reopened and reimagined in 2014, staking its claim in the revival of the Melrose neighborhood.
Why subject yourself to the sub-par food often found at music venues when you can have the best of both worlds at The Sutler? With a menu featuring small plates, tacos, sandwiches, salads, four types of mac n' cheese and entrees, there's something to appease every palate. The drink menu focuses on whiskey, craft beer and wine. There are also about a half a dozen cocktails to choose from, as well as a couple varieties of mules. Happy Hour is five days a week, Monday through Friday, from 3–7p, with half off draft beer, wines by the glass and signature cocktails.
On Saturday & Sunday from 10a–3p, you can cure that hangover with the Bluegrass Brunch. Select from items like sweet potato pancakes, green chile chicken hash and chicken & waffles. Added bonus? Bottomless mimosas for a mere $15!
In addition to the impressive menus, The Sutler books live music at least four days a week and hosts special events for various holidays like New Year's Eve, St. Patrick's Day and Halloween.
