"Raise your pints and show off your plaid.. okay okay, it's NOT plaid, it's Tartan. Either way, get ready to celebrate Saint Patty's Day at Latta!

For two days only, March 17th & 18th (10am-4pm), visit #HistoricLattaPlantation for a Celtic cultural celebration unlike any other in the Charlotte area. Enjoy a variety of live Celtic bands, taste foods from across the region, and as always enjoy local beer in celebration of "the luck of the Irish." Learn of your ancestry as you meet representatives of local Celtic Clans while enjoying live dancing and musical performances. The historic site will be presenting living history demonstrations and you will get the chance to meet Celtic soldiers from across history, from the time of the Viking Warriors to World War II. The Latta Plantation home will be open with docents sharing history, the Latta farm animals will be at-play for visitors to see, and as always the Exhibit Hall will be open. Bring extra cash to shop with our hand-crafted vendors.
