Put down the spatula and pick up some free weights for Friday's post-Thanksgiving workout.

Thanksgiving is centered around food, which makes Nov. 23 the perfect day to burn off some calories. O2 Fitness is hosting a full day of workouts for this exact purpose. 

The schedule will consist of: 

8:30 a.m. — Yoga
9:30 a.m. — BodyPump
4:15 p.m. — Yoga
