"Welcome to our newest monthly wine tasting event -- taking place the first Wednesday of every month!

We will be sharing some of the most special wines we have recently tasted with you, for just $15/person from 5:30-7:30pm. Each Wednesday, we'll pour tastes of 4-5 exceptional wines that celebrate the season, and pass Chef Sean Fowler's hors d'oeuvres!

Join us December 4th for Wine Wednesday, featuring sparkling wines — just in time for the season! And keep in mind, we'll be offering these by the bottle & case for deep discounts!

2015 Raventos  I Blanc De La Finca                                $32
Catalonia, Spain
50% Xarel.lo, 40% Macabeo & 10% Parellada
Made in the traditional method. Vinification is done separately by the variety and soil type in stainless steel tanks followed by blending and secondary fermentation in the bottle, aged for a minimum of 3 years. Zero Dosage.

“Lemon zest, quinine, pungent flowers and ginger on the incisive, mineral-accented nose. Chewy in texture, sharply focused and dry, showing impressive clarity to its sappy pear, Meyer lemon and bitter quinine flavors, which deepen slowly on the back half. Finishes impressively long, mineral and energetic, leaving subtle herb and floral notes behind.” - Josh Raynolds—93 points Vin

NV Gerbais Graine de Celles     Champagne                            $40
Celles sur Ource, France
The blend echoes the domaine’s holdings at 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Blanc aged for 2.5 years on the lees and finished with 3 grams of dosage. The nose shows a light apple skin and spice with florals and stone fruits and a just there hit of minerality. The palate is moderate in weight with a clean yellow plum, hibiscus, and clean minerals. 

NV Lambert Breze Cremant Rose                                $22
Loire, France
100% Cabernet Franc.  Done in traditional champagne method and grown on the estate’s chalkiest soils.  Organic since 2009.  8g dosage.
“The nose is vibrant with strawberries, cranberries, herbaceous spice, citrus rind, cream, and petrichor (that indescribable scent of rain on dry ground). The palate sits on the extra-brut side of brut—racy and dry without shutting out Franc’s inherent fruit and greeneries. It’s an everything sparkler; light enough to imbibe as an aperitif, but thoughtful enough for tons of food pairing”.—P. Zitarelli

2016 Facteur Extra Brut Vouvray                                $22
Loire, France 
100% Chenin Blanc.. Domaine du Facteur, which means postman in French, is one brand of the de Beaumont Estate which focuses on natural and fun wines. It is certified organic and using biodynamic preparations on the 11 hectares of vines. Mathieu plows the land by horse and harvest is done by hand. Fermentation occurs “naturally”, with indigenous yeasts only.

2014 Monzio Compagnoni Franciacorta, Extra Brut, DOCG                $24
Lombardy, Italy
50% Chardonnay/50% Pinot Nero.  The Franciacorta is the sparkling wine center of Italy, the "Italian Champagne".  This is a classy sparkling wine with fine perlage, the scent is characterized by fruit notes such as peach and apple, plus some yeast and a toasted bread note. In the taste it is juicy, lively and equipped with good extract, a noble sparkling wine, which also shines with an excellent price-quality ratio.  "
