Think of this hotspot as the neighborhood butcher that's slicing and dicing a combination of wood-fired eats, from Tex-Mex to brisket and house-made sausage.

Butchertown Hall was the original "butcher" in Germantown and we like to think it's smokin' out the competition (aka New Orleans-based Cochon Butcher). The 2,000+ square foot space is bright and beautiful with white tile walls, high ceilings and natural accents like wood, rock and moss. And that's just the inside! Outside, you'll find a spacious beer garden to sip on a Kolsch or indulge in Happy Hour.
Because it's a restaurant founded on the neighborhood's German roots, on the menu you'll find a variety of house-made sausages (knackwurst and jägerwurst), plus an impressive list of imported beers. Beyond sausage, you'll find wood-grilled favorites like their house-ground Brisket Burger, tacos, plus yummy sides like their Mexican-inspired street corn. To wash down their smoky flavors, indulge in one of their signature beer cocktails or ditch your old Sprite-standby for a mixed drink made with one of their hand-crafted sodas.
