Trey Roberts is a creative that plans the execution of charity fundraisers, social events, and provide platforms for local new/upcoming artists to perform, provide spaces for the creative marginalized to have a place of expression and enjoyment. Trey Roberts is one of the minds behind "The Inaugural Ball", "The Dope Show", and "Here to Stay: A DACA Benefit".

Opened by Charlie Ibarra and Chef Oscar DIaz, Cortez Seafood and Cocktail is a chef-driven seafood and small plates restaurant shaped by local fishermen and farmers. Tropical cocktails and curated wines round out their beverage menu.
