All Aboard the Santa Train

Bring the whole fam out to see Santa and his elves on the Santa Train! This Christmas tradition has lots of winter magic for all ages.

By Chelsea Pieroni
Christmas is just around the corner and we know how to get the little ones in the spirit. The Museum of Life and Science is hosting the 38th Annual Santa Train, a holiday tradition for the whole family.

Thousands of twinkling lights will shine throughout the Museum campus, guiding the way to all the fun. Sip on free hot chocolate while the kiddos glide around a skate-in-your-socks skating rink. Have your face painted, explore the crafts and activities tent, make special treats to take home and then hop on board the train for a moonlit ride to the North Pole, where Santa and his elves will greet all of their guests and wish them a Merry Christmas. For this special holiday occasion, there will also be a themed pop-up Museum gift shop full of goodies.

Note: you must buy tickets online beforehand in order to ride the train! Tickets are $15 per person Wednesday and Thursday, $20 per person Friday–Sunday and children 2 and under go free. See schedule below for available times.
