Born at the old Rex Hospital in Raleigh and having his first professional cooking experience at 42nd Street Oyster Bar, Jason combines strong Triangle roots with a variety of world travels, cooking in numerous kitchens under the tutelage of several amazing chefs. Since returning to the Triangle, Jason has become the creative force behind 18 Seaboard, Cantina 18, and the new farm to fork bistro, Harvest 18.
