Located on the ground floor of the Unscripted Hotel, Pour Taproom does things a little different from your everyday bar. Here, a flick of the wrist is all you need to unleash 60+ craft brews, ciders, and wines on tap. It’s a DIY, pay-by-the-ounce spot with an unbelievable selection, tasty menu, and a patio that’s perfect for people-watching.
Pour is pretty much a commitment-phobe’s paradise, offering loads of options to give you “the variety and freedom you deserve.” Just don’t get confused when a waitress never comes to your table. At Pour, it’s all self-service—and that’s half the fun! Start a tab at the front and you’ll be outfitted with a wristband; wave over your chosen draft to unlock the tap and pour however much you want.
Take some time to explore the 60+ craft beers, ciders, and wines on tap and then start swiping, sipping, sampling to your heart's content. Your wristband *magically* keeps track of what you owe—at the end of the night, saddle up at the register and you're good to go. Self-service has never been so much fun.
Since this is a pour-your-own spot, you’ll have to help yourself to a drink. Show your ID and swipe your card at the register up front and they’ll hand you with a wristband. Grab a glass, wave your wristband over your draft of choice, and fill your glass as much as you’d like. And with over 60 taps to choose from and a DIY, pay-by-the-ounce model, you can sip on as many beers, ciders, and wines as you'd like.
All that sampling has undoubtedly worked up an appetite. If you’re in need of a little nosh, Pour’s got a menu full of sliders ($8-$9), sandwiches ($7-$9), and snacks ($4). It's all finger-friendly and shareable.
In sticking with the DIY, sample-a-little-bit-of-everything vibe, we *highly* recommend creating your own Tasting Board ($4+). It starts with toasted baguette and fresh fruit, and from there, everything else is up to you (each add-on is $1-2). Will you go for four different kinds of cheese? Fancy olive oil? Pickles? Dark chocolate? And just when you thought you were done with decision making…
