COPA, a new Cuban spot from Old Havana's owners, is now open in the historic Baldwin Lofts at 107 W. Main Street. For now, they're open for lunch, but they'll soon be open for dinner and brunch.
COPA is a new take on Cuban cuisine from the family that brought you Old Havana, a restaurant that earned several "Best Of" awards over the years. Many favorites from Old Havana will still be available at COPA, but they'll also be offering a new menu of tapas and small plates inspired by "The Lost Dishes of Cuba" or the flavors and ingredients of 19th century Cuba. The drink program will also look to Latin American influences, combining local ingredients with exotic fruits and liquors. We are intrigued and we are ready!
